Book Review - Things You Save in a Fire
I rated this one 4 out of 5 stars. When I picked this up at 2nd and Charles Bookstore, I really judged a book by its cover. I had no idea what it was going to be about since I always avoid reading a back cover. I know…I know…but I don’t like spoilers! So to my surprise it was about Cassie, a female firefighter and I have to say I loved this different perspective and insight into what life is like for firefighters. I enjoyed this one and would recommend it to others. It’s fairly tame so no worries about handing it off to let someone borrow it!
